1. Return Eligibility

Since each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged products.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all certificates and tags.
Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with no signs of wear or damage.

Custom, engraved, or personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the product if defective/damaged.

Once your return is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be made to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.
